Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 Sub rolls 6 inch (lightly toasted)
  • 1 cups Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Red onion shaved
  • 1/4 cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 2 slices Jarlsberg cheese halved
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Spread the mustard on each half of the roll (use more or less as desired). Layer with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, onion, banana peppers, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips.
