Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 TBSP Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
  • Mayonnaise optional
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Fresh mozzarella
  • 2 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 2 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 2 oz Deli Pepperoni sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 1/4 cup Roasted red peppers sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling Water

  • 16 oz Sparkling water your favorite flavor

Instructions

  • Whisk the oil, vinegar, and half of the oregano in a bowl. Then drizzle on both halves of the roll. Spread on mayo if using.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, oregano, cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, banana peppers, and roasted peppers. Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
