Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 8 Kalamata olives minced
- 3 tbsp Cucumber minced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 oz Fresh mozzarella
- 4 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickles halved
Instructions
- In a bowl combine yogurt, olives, cucumber, and lemon juice mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread on the inside of each roll.
- Layer the roll with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, turkey, and fresh mozzarella. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
