Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 8 Kalamata olives minced
  • 3 tbsp Cucumber minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella
  • 4 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine yogurt, olives, cucumber, and lemon juice mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread on the inside of each roll.
  • Layer the roll with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, turkey, and fresh mozzarella. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
