Ingredients

  • 16 oz deli roast beef
  • 4 oz havarti dill cheese
  • 4 Tortilla wraps 10 inch
  • 8 lettuce leaves romaine or iceberg
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 3/4 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
  • 3/4 tsp fresh chives chopped
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Combine mayo, garlic, thyme, and chives.
  • Spread the garlic herb mayo on the wrap, layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips on the side.
