Ingredients
Iced Coffee
- Coffee
- Ice cubes
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Oats
- 2 shots Espresso or strong coffee
- 4 oz Rolled oats
- 2 TBSP Chia seeds
- 2 TBSP Maple syrup
- 4 oz Milk
Mixed Berries
- 2 cups Mixed berries
Topping:
- 6 TBSP Yogurt
- 4 TBSP Maple syrup
- Cacao powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and set it aside to cool. Brew espresso or strong coffee
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Arrange the berries in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Make the oats: In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and sit well. Check consistency and see if you need to add more milk.
- Cover and refrigerate over night or as little as 2 hours.
- Mix the yogurt and syrup well and pour over the oats, spread across.
- Dust with cacao powder.
- Pour the coffee over ice and prepare to your liking.
- Serve the oats with berries and iced coffee.
