Ingredients

Iced Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Ice cubes
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Oats

  • 2 shots Espresso or strong coffee
  • 4 oz Rolled oats
  • 2 TBSP Chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP Maple syrup
  • 4 oz Milk

Mixed Berries

  • 2 cups Mixed berries

Topping:

  • 6 TBSP Yogurt
  • 4 TBSP Maple syrup
  • Cacao powder for dusting

Instructions

  • Brew the coffee and set it aside to cool. Brew espresso or strong coffee
  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Arrange the berries in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Make the oats: In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and sit well. Check consistency and see if you need to add more milk.
  • Cover and refrigerate over night or as little as 2 hours.
  • Mix the yogurt and syrup well and pour over the oats, spread across.
  • Dust with cacao powder.
  • Pour the coffee over ice and prepare to your liking.
  • Serve the oats with berries and iced coffee.
