Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 3 oz Tortilla chips
- 8 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 Red onion diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- 2 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 tsp Sour cream
Guacamole
- 1 Avocados
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- In a nonstick pan over medium heat, Add the ground turkey, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder. Break up the turkey into smaller pieces using a spatula.
- Once the turkey is no longer pink drain any excess grease. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set Aside.
- In a bowl mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients for the guacamole, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the tortilla chips on a plate, topped with lettuce, ground turkey, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
