Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 3 oz Tortilla chips
  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 Red onion diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 2 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 tsp Sour cream

Guacamole

  • 1 Avocados
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a nonstick pan over medium heat, Add the ground turkey, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder. Break up the turkey into smaller pieces using a spatula.
  • Once the turkey is no longer pink drain any excess grease. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set Aside.
  • In a bowl mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients for the guacamole, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the tortilla chips on a plate, topped with lettuce, ground turkey, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
