In a nonstick pan over medium heat, Add the ground turkey, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder. Break up the turkey into smaller pieces using a spatula.
Once the turkey is no longer pink drain any excess grease. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set Aside.
In a bowl mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients for the guacamole, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the tortilla chips on a plate, topped with lettuce, ground turkey, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
