Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Everything bagel sliced
  • 4 Tbsp Cream cheese
  • 6 oz Chicken sausage links diced
  • 2 Apples cored and sliced

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs together in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Slice the bagel in half, toast and apply cream cheese.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken sausage and saute for 1 - 2 minutes. Add in the whisked eggs and move them around the pan until the eggs are cooked and no longer runny. Serve with bagel and apples on the side.
