Slice the bagel in half, toast and apply cream cheese.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken sausage and saute for 1 - 2 minutes. Add in the whisked eggs and move them around the pan until the eggs are cooked and no longer runny. Serve with bagel and apples on the side.
