- 12 oz deli roast beef
- 8 slices Multigrain bread toasted
- 8 lettuce leaves romaine or iceberg
- 8 slices tomato
- 1/2 Pineapple peeled and sliced
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 3/4 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
- 3/4 tsp fresh chives chopped
Instructions
- Combine mayo, garlic, thyme, and chives.
- Spread the garlic herb mayo on the bread, layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef. Cut in half and serve with sliced pineapple on the side.
