Ingredients

  • 12 oz deli roast beef
  • 8 slices Multigrain bread toasted
  • 8 lettuce leaves romaine or iceberg
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 1/2 Pineapple peeled and sliced
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 3/4 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
  • 3/4 tsp fresh chives chopped

Instructions

  • Combine mayo, garlic, thyme, and chives.
  • Spread the garlic herb mayo on the bread, layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef. Cut in half and serve with sliced pineapple on the side.
