Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Gouda cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown but still somewhat soft.
- Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with spring mix, roast beef, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
