Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Pepper jack cheese
- 4 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickles halved
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread. In a bowl mix the mustard and honey.
- Spread the honey mustard on both slices of bread, layer with spinach, ham, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
