Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas 8 inch
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz deli roast beef
  • 12 slices tomato
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Avocados pitted and diced
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 Oranges peeled and sectioned

Instructions

  • Smash avocado with a fork and thoroughly mix in mayo, season with a pinch of salt and pepper and lime juice
  • Spread the mayo on wrap and layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef, and cheddar. Fold in the ends, roll up, and cut in half and serve with orange sections.
