Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 slices Your choice of bread toasted if desired
- 6 TBSP Crunchy peanut butter use more or less as preferred
- 1 Banana sliced
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 Apple cored and sliced
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
Almond MIlk
- 16 oz Almond milk cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Layer with banana, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put the two halves together.
- Cut in half; serve with apple slices, carrot sticks with ranch, and almond milk.
