Peanut Butter Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Your choice of bread toasted if desired
  • 6 TBSP Crunchy peanut butter use more or less as preferred
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Apple cored and sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Almond MIlk

  • 16 oz Almond milk cold

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread the peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Layer with banana, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put the two halves together.
  • Cut in half; serve with apple slices, carrot sticks with ranch, and almond milk.
