Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf Italian Bread cut in half lengthwise
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese sliced
- 2 cups Arugula
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 4 tbsp Goat cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly toast the bread and then spread with mustard.
- Layer the bread with gruyere, arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and goat cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
- Cut into portions and serve.
