Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf Italian Bread cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz Gruyere cheese sliced
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 4 tbsp Goat cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly toast the bread and then spread with mustard.
  • Layer the bread with gruyere, arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and goat cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
  • Cut into portions and serve.
