- 1/2 loaf Italian Bread cut in half lengthwise
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese sliced
- 2 cups Arugula
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 4 tbsp Goat cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly toast the bread and then spread with mustard.
Layer the bread with gruyere, arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and goat cheese.
Bake in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
Cut into portions and serve.
