  • 4 cups Shredded cabbage mix
  • 1/4 cup Black beans drained
  • 1/4 cup Corn defrosted
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 Jalapeño pepper (optional) seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well, season with salt and pepper to taste.
