Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound London Broil (top round steak)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Marinate steak in all ingredients in a zip lock bag or bowl for 24 hours or at least 8 hours.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan on medium heat and grill steak to desired doneness (see below).
  • Allow steak to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Slice thin against the grain.

Notes

Steak Internal Temperatures:
  • Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
  • Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
  • Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
  • Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
  • Well Done: 160 degrees F
