Ingredients
- 3/4 pound London Broil (top round steak)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Marinate steak in all ingredients in a zip lock bag or bowl for 24 hours or at least 8 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan on medium heat and grill steak to desired doneness (see below).
- Allow steak to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Slice thin against the grain.
Notes
Steak Internal Temperatures:
- Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
- Well Done: 160 degrees F
