Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Marinate steak in all ingredients in a zip lock bag or bowl for 24 hours or at least 8 hours.
Preheat grill or grill pan on medium heat and grill steak to desired doneness (see below).
Allow steak to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Slice thin against the grain.

Steak Internal Temperatures:
Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
Well Done: 160 degrees F
