Ingredients
- 3/4 pound Flank steak
- 4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp parsely
Instructions
- Marinate steak in all ingredients in a zip lock bag or bowl for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan and grill flank steak to desired doneness (see below).
- Allow flank to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Slice thin against the grain.
Notes
Steak Internal Temperatures:
- Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
- Well Done: 160 degrees F
