Flank steak

Instructions
Marinate steak in all ingredients in a zip lock bag or bowl for at least 8 hours.
Preheat grill or grill pan and grill flank steak to desired doneness (see below).
Allow flank to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Slice thin against the grain.
Notes
Steak Internal Temperatures:
Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
Well Done: 160 degrees F
