Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar or more if needed
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cranberries You can use frozen cranberries also, fresh cranberries may not be available depending on time of year

Instructions

  • Place water, sugar and cranberries in sauté pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Continue to cook and reduce down to a syrup-like consistency (about 15 to 20 minutes).
  • Mash up with a whisk to serve chunky or place in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve warm, or cool in the refrigerator until cold if desired.
