Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken breast boneless skinless cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Hot sauce
- 4 tablespoon ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 slices tomato
- 4 whole wheat wrap
- 2 stalk celery cut into sticks
- 2 carrots peeled and cut into sticks
Instructions
- Heat oilve oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken strips. Cook until no longer pink inside (about 5-6 minutes). Remove from heat and toss in hot sauce.
- Meanwhile, spread ranch or blue cheese dressing on wrap. Layer with lettuce, tomato, and chicken strips. Wrap tightly, like a burrito. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and extra side of ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip into.
