1tbspExtra-virgin olive oil
1/4cupHot sauce
4tablespoonranch or blue cheese dressing
6lettuce leaves
6slices tomato
4whole wheat wrap
2stalkcelery cut into sticks
2carrotspeeled and cut into sticks
Instructions
Heat oilve oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken strips. Cook until no longer pink inside (about 5-6 minutes). Remove from heat and toss in hot sauce.
Meanwhile, spread ranch or blue cheese dressing on wrap. Layer with lettuce, tomato, and chicken strips. Wrap tightly, like a burrito. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and extra side of ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip into.
