Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 3 brioche buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, panko, hot sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly. Use your hands to form mixture into four patties.
- Cook chicken patties on a preheated grill, six minutes per side or until chicken reaches 160 degrees.
- Toast the buns golden brown.
- Place the chicken patties on the sandwich buns, top with the ranch or blue cheese dressing, and drizzle with extra hot sauce, if desired.
