Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, panko, hot sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly. Use your hands to form mixture into four patties.
Cook chicken patties on a preheated grill, six minutes per side or until chicken reaches 160 degrees.
Toast the buns golden brown.
Place the chicken patties on the sandwich buns, top with the ranch or blue cheese dressing, and drizzle with extra hot sauce, if desired.
