Ingredients
- 2 medium Potatoes sliced about 1/8 inch thick, using a mandolin is preferred
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Using a knife or a mandolin slicer, slice the potatoes into paper-thin rounds.
- Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and season well with salt and pepper.
- Spread the potato slices onto the baking sheet in a single layer so they aren't overlapping. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes (depends on how dark they are getting so keep an eye on them). Then turn them over and shut the oven off. Leave them in the oven for another 5 to 15 minutes to crisp up. Keep an eye on them so they do not get too dark.
- Serve with your preferred condiments.
