Cucumber Mint Water
- 24 oz Water
- 8 slices Cucumber
- 2 TBSP Fresh mint
Sandwich
- 4 slices White bread
- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 oz Bologna sliced
- 4 oz Deli mortadella sliced
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Cookies
- 2 Cookies your choice
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Mix the water, cucumber, and mint. Refriegrate.
- Lightly toast the bread (if desired). Then spread with mayo to your liking.
- Layer the sandwich with lettuce, bologna, mortadella, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and cucumber water. Enjoy with a cookie for dessert.
