Ingredients

Cucumber Mint Water

  • 24 oz Water
  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • 2 TBSP Fresh mint

Sandwich

  • 4 slices White bread
  • 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 4 oz Bologna sliced
  • 4 oz Deli mortadella sliced
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Cookies

  • 2 Cookies your choice

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Mix the water, cucumber, and mint. Refriegrate.
  • Lightly toast the bread (if desired). Then spread with mayo to your liking.
  • Layer the sandwich with lettuce, bologna, mortadella, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and cucumber water. Enjoy with a cookie for dessert.
