Cucumber Mint Water
- 24 oz Water
- 8 slices Cucumber
- 2 TBSP Fresh mint
Sandwich
- 4 slices White bread
- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 oz Bologna sliced
- 4 oz Deli mortadella sliced
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Mix the water, cucumber, and mint. Refriegrate.
Lightly toast the bread (if desired). Then spread with mayo to your liking.
Layer the sandwich with lettuce, bologna, mortadella, and cheese.
Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and cucumber water. Enjoy with a cookie for dessert.
