Ingredients

BLT

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise more if needed
  • 1 cup Green leaf lettuce
  • 4 slices Beefsteak tomatoes

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice Fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Pita Chips and Hummus:

  • 4 oz Pita chips
  • 1 cup Hummus

Instructions

  • Place the bacon in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy. Then set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
  • Layer the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
  • Mix the ingredients together for the lemonade.
  • Cut in half and serve with pita chips, hummus, and homemade lemonade.
