BLT Sandwich

- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise more if needed
- 1 cup Green leaf lettuce
- 4 slices Beefsteak tomatoes
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice Fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
- Ice cubes
Pita Chips and Hummus:
- 4 oz Pita chips
- 1 cup Hummus
Place the bacon in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy. Then set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
Layer the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
Mix the ingredients together for the lemonade.
Cut in half and serve with pita chips, hummus, and homemade lemonade.
