Ingredients
- 2 cups Green cabbage minced
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 cup Beer sub chicken broth
Instructions
- Add the cabbage, vinegar, butter, bay leaves, and beer to a sauce pan over medium heat, cover with a lid.
- Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, remove the lid and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain liquid and remove the bay leaves before serving.
