Beer Braised Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green cabbage minced
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 cup Beer sub chicken broth

Instructions

  • Add the cabbage, vinegar, butter, bay leaves, and beer to a sauce pan over medium heat, cover with a lid.
  • Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, remove the lid and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain liquid and remove the bay leaves before serving.
