Ingredients
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1/4 loaf Baguette Halved and cut into about 4 to 5 inch long pieces
- 2 tsp Triple berry jam
- 1 oz Cheddar cheese cut into bite sized wedges (high quality block of cheese preferred)
- 1 Orange peeled and sectioned
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan on medium low heat. Melt the butter in the pan and place the baguette down into the pan. Cook until golden brown. Spread the jam onto the baguette.
- Serve with cheese and orange.
