Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 loaf Baguette Halved and cut into about 4 to 5 inch long pieces
  • 2 tsp Triple berry jam
  • 1 oz Cheddar cheese cut into bite sized wedges (high quality block of cheese preferred)
  • 1 Orange peeled and sectioned

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium low heat. Melt the butter in the pan and place the baguette down into the pan. Cook until golden brown. Spread the jam onto the baguette.
  • Serve with cheese and orange.
