Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Canola oil or more if needed
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 medium Zucchini sliced into thin rounds 1/4 inch thick
Sauce
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a skillet or saute pan on medium heat.
- Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss the zucchini in the flour to coat both sides.
- Once the oil is hot, add the zucchini in a single layer to the pan (in batches if needed). Cook until crispy and deep golden brown on both sides. Remove with a slotted spoon onto paper towels to drain excess grease. Season with salt immediately.
- In a bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any spices as needed.
- Serve zucchini chips with sauce.
