Ingredients

Parfait Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups Vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

Dark Chocolate Mocha:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Coffee
  • 4 TBSP Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Layer parfaits in parfait cups as follows: yogurt, granola, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Repeat one more time and set aside.
  • Whisk together milk, sugar, dark cocoa, and vanilla in a bowl. Pour mixture into a small saucepan, over medium-low heat, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, whisking occasionally. Keep watch not to burn it. Don't let it come to a boil.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into coffee mugs. Divide brewed coffee between mugs. Stir.
  • Top with whipped cream. Dust with additional cocoa, if desired. Serve with your parfaits and enjoy!
