Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Layer parfaits in parfait cups as follows: yogurt, granola, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Repeat one more time and set aside.
Whisk together milk, sugar, dark cocoa, and vanilla in a bowl. Pour mixture into a small saucepan, over medium-low heat, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, whisking occasionally. Keep watch not to burn it. Don't let it come to a boil.
Pour the chocolate mixture into coffee mugs. Divide brewed coffee between mugs. Stir.
Top with whipped cream. Dust with additional cocoa, if desired. Serve with your parfaits and enjoy!
