Ingredients

Iced Sweetened Matcha

  • 2 TBSP Matcha powder
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 2 TBSP Honey or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup Milk optional

Yogurt Parfait

  • 2 cups Yogurt your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 cup Mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a glass, mix matcha powder with hot water, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • Add honey or preferred sweetener to the matcha and mix until dissolved.
  • Fill another glass with ice cubes and pour the matcha mixture over the ice. Stir until chilled. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • For the yogurt parfait, spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass.
  • Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt in each glass.
  • Follow with a layer of mixed fresh berries.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of berries on top. Drizzle with honey.
  • Serve the yogurt parfaits alongside the iced sweetened matcha. Enjoy!
