In a glass, mix matcha powder with hot water, ensuring there are no lumps.
Add honey or preferred sweetener to the matcha and mix until dissolved.
Fill another glass with ice cubes and pour the matcha mixture over the ice. Stir until chilled. Adjust sweetness to taste.
For the yogurt parfait, spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass.
Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt in each glass.
Follow with a layer of mixed fresh berries.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of berries on top. Drizzle with honey.
