Ingredients
Yogurt Parfait
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Granola
- ½ cup Mixed berries (such as strawberries blueberries raspberries)
- 2 TBSP Sliced almonds chopped
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon optional
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of sweetener
- Your choice of creamer
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Add vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture and stir until incorporated.
- In two serving glasses or bowls, layer the ingredients. Start with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the granola.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glasses or bowls, ending with a layer of yogurt.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top layer of yogurt.
- If desired, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over the parfait for added flavor.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Serve the yogurt parfaits alongside coffee.
