Ingredients

Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Granola
  • ½ cup Mixed berries (such as strawberries blueberries raspberries)
  • 2 TBSP Sliced almonds chopped
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon optional

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of sweetener
  • Your choice of creamer

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  • Add vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture and stir until incorporated.
  • In two serving glasses or bowls, layer the ingredients. Start with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the granola.
  • Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glasses or bowls, ending with a layer of yogurt.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top layer of yogurt.
  • If desired, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over the parfait for added flavor.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the yogurt parfaits alongside coffee.
