Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 slices Sourdough bread toasted
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 1 cup Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Soda
- 24 oz Sprite soda cold
- 4 Maraschino cherries plus the juice from the jar
Instructions
- Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and cheese. Top with a slice of bread.
- Mix the soda with the cherries along with some of the cherry juice from the jar.
- Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and soda.
