Turkey Sandwich

Sandwich
- 4 slices Sourdough bread toasted
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 1 cup Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Soda
- 24 oz Sprite soda cold
- 4 Maraschino cherries plus the juice from the jar
Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and cheese. Top with a slice of bread.
Mix the soda with the cherries along with some of the cherry juice from the jar.
Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and soda.
