Ingredients
Chicken
- 3 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
Seasoning
- Salt
- Black pepper
Sauce
- 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Wrap
- 2 large Tortilla wraps
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce chopped
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Fruit Punch
- 24 oz Fruit punch cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in the mixture. Set aside.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the sauce until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken on both sides to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer. Then remove from the heat and set aside to rest for 3 minutes. Then chop.
- Layer the wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, chicken, and sauce. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
- Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and fruit punch.
