Ingredients
Cucumber Water
- 24 oz Water
- 8 slices Cucumber
- Ice cubes
Sandwich
- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1/4 head Butter lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Leftover turkey sliced (or deli turkey breast)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese optional
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- For the cucumber water, place the cucumber slices in a pitcher with water. Let infuse in the refrigerator. Serve over ice if desired.
- Spread the mayo on one side of all slices of bread.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and cheese if using.
- Cut in half.
- Serve the sandwich with chips and cucumber water.
