Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients

Cucumber Water

  • 24 oz Water
  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • Ice cubes

Sandwich

  • 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1/4 head Butter lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Leftover turkey sliced (or deli turkey breast)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese optional
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • For the cucumber water, place the cucumber slices in a pitcher with water. Let infuse in the refrigerator. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Spread the mayo on one side of all slices of bread.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and cheese if using.
  • Cut in half.
  • Serve the sandwich with chips and cucumber water.
