Turkey Gruyere Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted, (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Chipotle Sauce use more or less to taste
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 8 slices Gruyere cheese
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. Mix the mayo and chipotle sauce in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Then spread onto each slice of bread.
  • Layer the bread with lettuce, turkey, cheese, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut in half and serve with pickle.
