Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted, (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Chipotle Sauce use more or less to taste
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 8 slices Gruyere cheese
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread. Mix the mayo and chipotle sauce in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Then spread onto each slice of bread.
- Layer the bread with lettuce, turkey, cheese, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut in half and serve with pickle.
