Turkey Gruyere Sandwich

- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted, (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Chipotle Sauce use more or less to taste
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 8 slices Gruyere cheese
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 Pickle spears
Lightly toast the bread. Mix the mayo and chipotle sauce in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Then spread onto each slice of bread.
Layer the bread with lettuce, turkey, cheese, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut in half and serve with pickle.
