Ingredients

  • Pan drippings from the cooked turkey
  • 10 oz Turkey broth
  • 4 Tbsp All-purpose flour
  • Water
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Pour drippings and contents leftover from turkey roasting pan into a saucepan
  • Add Turkey broth
  • Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer
  • In a small bowl slowly mix flour and a little water at a time to form a paste. Making sure to mix thoroughly eliminating lumps.
  • Slowly pour Flour water mix into simmering saucepan while stirring. The liquid will start to thicken up. Stop at the desired consistency.
  • Strain gravy through a strainer or colander into serving boat
