Ingredients
- Pan drippings from the cooked turkey
- 10 oz Turkey broth
- 4 Tbsp All-purpose flour
- Water
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Pour drippings and contents leftover from turkey roasting pan into a saucepan
- Add Turkey broth
- Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer
- In a small bowl slowly mix flour and a little water at a time to form a paste. Making sure to mix thoroughly eliminating lumps.
- Slowly pour Flour water mix into simmering saucepan while stirring. The liquid will start to thicken up. Stop at the desired consistency.
- Strain gravy through a strainer or colander into serving boat
