Pan drippings from the cooked turkey

Instructions
Pour drippings and contents leftover from turkey roasting pan into a saucepan
Add Turkey broth
Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer
In a small bowl slowly mix flour and a little water at a time to form a paste. Making sure to mix thoroughly eliminating lumps.
Slowly pour Flour water mix into simmering saucepan while stirring. The liquid will start to thicken up. Stop at the desired consistency.
Strain gravy through a strainer or colander into serving boat
